Privacy
Short version: the site has no ads, no tracking pixels and no accounts. The only personal data it handles is what you type into a form.
Forms
The three forms (Contact Nowix, Get a recommendation and Get listed) collect the fields you fill in, the page you sent the form from, and the time. Each submission is:
- stored on the site's private server for up to 365 days, then deleted automatically;
- sent as a message to a private Telegram chat read by the editorial team. Telegram processes that message under its own privacy policy.
Submissions are not sold, rented or shared with listed agencies. If a recommendation request asks for an introduction, contact details are shared only with your agreement.
What is not collected
IP addresses are used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and are not stored with your submission. The site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request from your browser.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete a submission, send a request through any form with your reference number, or reply to the message you received. It will be handled within 30 days.
